Terms of Service

Welcome to Teslys. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Teslys app, website, and Tesla rental services. By creating an account or booking a vehicle, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 25, hold a valid driver license, and complete identity verification before booking.

2. Bookings and Payments
Rates are charged per the pricing shown at checkout, plus taxes and fees. A refundable security deposit is authorized at booking and released after return in acceptable condition. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Mileage
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance; extra mileage is billed at the per-mile rate for the vehicle.

4. Vehicle Use
Operate the vehicle lawfully and return it in the condition received. Smoking, illegal activity, and subletting are prohibited. You are responsible for tolls, tickets, charging fees, and damage.

5. Cancellations
48+ hours before pickup: full refund; 24-48 hours: 50%; under 24 hours: non-refundable. Deposit fully refunded before pickup.

6. Returns and Late Fees
30-minute grace period; then a late fee of one-sixth of the daily rate per hour may apply.

7. Liability
You are responsible for loss or damage not covered by a selected protection plan.
